Iconic Muli Kasoa Laid to Rest in a colourful yet solemn Send-off

Kitui County Minister for Tourism, Sports and Culture Hon Patrick Koki Musau on Saturday joined mourners, family, friends and relatives of the late Abraham Muli Kasoa at his Maliku farm in Kitui Rural Sub-County.

Late Mr Abraham Muli Kasoa was the father of Mr Barrack Muli an officer in the Public Relations department Office of the Governor.

Kitui County Executive for Tourism was representing Kitui County Governor H.E Hon Charity Kaluki Ngilu.

While addressing family and friends at the burial ceremony of the Late Abraham Muli Kasoa, The County Minister said the County is keen to increase water distribution along the Maliku-Kikuuni Water project.

He further said the county will grade the Kalimani Masoka road to ease transportation in the area and improve trading activities.

Musau emphasized the county government’s effort to deliver services to mwananchi and improve their livelihoods.

Others present was the area MP Hon Boni Mwalika a.k.a Muvavae, head of Value Addition Chain office of the Governor Dr Temi Mutia, Deputy Director LIHUD Mr Mulevu, area Ward and village Administrators among others.

Later in the afternoon, the County Minister for Tourism will join mourners and friends of the late Joseph Mwanzia Maingi for his funeral at his farm in Matinyani Village, Kitui West Sub-County.
