THE 2022 KILIFI SOUTH MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT RESULTS: *PETER OSTEEN*.

Hon Peter Osteen has made history by being the first ever youngest MP candidate for Kilifi South.

Hon. Peter Ngui Osteen garnered 8,153 out of the 48,621 votes cast coming distant second after ODM’s Ken Chonga who garnered 21,334.

Kombe Sophie Kadzo of PAA Party came in third with 7,394 votes. 

Peter Osteen is commonly known by his followers as Tsunami and that’s the name he was referred to during his campaigns….

After the results were announced Peter addressed the media and thanked the residents to worry not because there’s always next time.

 He urged the other 9  aspirants to accept the results and be watchdogs in Kilifi South.  He vowed to oppose any form of oppression by the government.

During the press Peter Osteen told,” Hello Team Tsunami, well done. We’re the majority in the contest for Kilifi south.

The majority chose Ken Chonga. They duly deserve him in their wisdom or lack of it. We, team Tsunami are contended of the outcome.

“Thank you all for your support. We as team believe there’s still room for next time. We’re determined to see Kilifi south changed in all dimension” He said during the press briefing” said Hon Peter Osteen.

The question remains will Peter Osteen still go for MP position or a higher position? Many people including his supporters think Hon. Ngui might decide to go for governor position despite his young age.

Residents referred to him as a very ambitious and focused young man we who can go for any position including that of the  president.

They say they believe he can lead and take any county to higher levels or even the country.

The question is, will Kenyans believe in the leadership of a young peasant man?…..
