Kitui South MP Hon. Rachel Kaki Nyamai acquired her robust leadership skills and respect for authority from his father and the late former Kenyan President Moi, a new video released online attests.
The widely respected second term MP, whose social leadership networks are envied by many, has remained steadfast in her leadership, despite her humble background.
” I recall vividly the day I met President Moi. That morning my father who was an assistant chief personally washed my clothes and ironed them so that I could present a poem to the President at Mutomo” she recalls in a YouTube video release today.
Mp Rachel, a who holds a Masters has constantly been inspiring the people of Kitui South and beyond making her a household name.
Her robust and escalated development record is envied by many. For example, her handling of the Somali bandits menance was so successful that several MPs and local leaders termed as an Iron Lady of Kitui.

The MP, who is currently mentoring young people on leadership skills, uses grassroots mobilization in her bursary disbursements and tolerates no red tape bureaucracy.
Her pet projects Include the Mutomo Teachers Training College, the Mutomo KMTC and and issues bursaries to Secondary schools, colleges, and universities.
