On Thursday, 17th December, 2020 – The beautiful images of the upcoming Lower Eastern Heritage Centre which is being constructed at Tseikuru surfaced on social media sites leaving tongue wagging.
Kitui Deputy Governor Dr Wathe Nzau accompanied by the CECM in the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture who also doubles as the Ag. CECM in the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Patrick Musau Koki, visited the Lower Eastern Heritage Centre at Tseikuru.
The facility which is located next to H.E Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka’s residents, is scheduled for official opening early next year by H.E Governor Charity Ngilu.
According to CECM Musau, the facility is the only heritage centre in Kitui, Makueni and Machakos Counties and because of that, it will attract many institutions as well as members of the public, once it become operational.
