Farmers in Mwingi West Sub-County Benefits from Kitui Gvt Ploughing Subsidy.

Kitui County CECM for Tourism, Sports and Culture Patrick Koki Musau today lead other County Officers in Mwingi West Sub-County by moving from one Ward to another send by H.E Hon Charity Kaluki Ngilu to inspect the progress of the recently launched ploughing subsidy programme which she launched recently with an aim of improving food production and thus help increase income generation to farmers._

The team started their busy day by visiting different farms within Nzalae Village where they met delighted and most thankful farmers to our able Governor for coming up with this noble idea which is geared to uplifting the livelihoods of the real Musangi who could not afford to hire a farm Tractor to plough her farms at a commercial fee.

The Kitui County CECM had been accompanied by among other Officers, Mrs Edna Ruto, CECM County Ministry of Basic Education from the County Government of Kericho who had come with other Senior Officers to Kitui County on benchmarking missions on various achievements our able Governor has managed to come up with._

Later in the evening, Tourism, Sports and Culture County Executive on his way to Kosovo Village on the farm Ploughing Subsidy mission, inspected the state of Mumbuni Primary School playground which is being levelled by Kitui County Government through the County Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture.
