Embu county commissioner Mr Abdulahi Galgalo has won the heart of Kenyans after video footage was leaked to social media.
The tough speaking county commissioner choose to take the bull by the horns, urging administrators to implement the government policy to the latter failure to which he will not work with them.
Speaking during the national Jamhuri Day celebrations, The straight shooting administrator reminded chiefs and assistant chiefs that one day he will be transferred elsewhere yet the chiefs and the assistant chiefs will retire in their home place.
“You therefore have no reason not to implement the government policy in your area of jurisdiction” thundered Mr Galgalo.
He also asked politicians to avoid washing their dirty linen in public.
On education, he asked county administrators to make sure the 100 per cent transition is implemented to the letter.
