The internet on Monday afternoon were on fire after Kitui Deputy Governor Dr Wathe Nzau took the social media to congratulate his Boss, HE Governor Ngilu.
The DG wrote, “Congratulations Governor CK Ngilu for minding the people of Kitui County & our Country Kenya in general. KICOTEC to make PPE’s against Coronavirus is commendable”, “Governor, you are a TRUE Kenyan HEROINE”.
