The County Government of Kitui on Monday received a team of Investors from Japanese Government who paid a courtesy call at the office of the Deputy Governor, Dr Wathe Nzau.
Their visit is part of their wider business mission in East Africa.The team seeks to partner with the County Government in areas of promoting Solar energy and water purification, solid waste management, Agriculture and food processing for value chain, Mining, ICT and Infrastructure development.
Also present at the meeting were the County secretary Alex Kimanzi, CEC for Education, Youth development and ICT David Kivoto, CEC for Agriculture, water and Livestock development Emmanuel Kisangau, C.O for Environment and Natural Resources Joseph Kimanga and County Value chain Specialist Dr. Temi Mutia.
The team of investors is set to partner with the County Government and aid in wealth creation and open market for her products.
