Kitui Assembly Deputy Minority Leader Hon. Alex Nganga has urged his colleagues to stick to their lane and stop blackmailing Governor Charity Ngilu.While delivering the Governors condolences message to the family of Florence Kavisu in Muthale-Mutonguni Ward, Nganga accused Kitui MCAs of insincerity and frustrating Governor Ngilus developments agendas.
“MCAs have forgotten their constitution mandate of oversight, representation and legislation and are now placing conditions on the County Executive before passing Bills and other legislations, which is unacceptable”.Nganga urged Wiper Party Leader Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka who was present during the burial to tame his wiper MCAs, as their acts in Kitui County were giving him negative publicity Country wide.
“Instead of pulling together and mobilising our people to aquire National IDs ahead of massive voter registration in order to challenge for Presidency, Wiper MCAs in Kitui are busy engaging in sideshows”
