The popular Dominic Ismail Mandi is running for the Mutha ward seat on the GTAP party.
Mandi is a suave politician in Mutha today, an honest young man, down to earth leader who’s growing popularity continues to tilt the political topography and terrain.
Pst Ngui has dropped his bid and endorsed Ismail Mandi popularly known as “Ndawa” for the Mutha ward in August polls and vowed to campaign for him.
