Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua has called upon kenyan not to spent too much time asking why the president is not making public appearance after China trip.
Mutua spoke during the celebration church service of AIC Women National Prayer Conference at AIC Kasarani, it was a blessed for me to celebrate the spirit of our mothers and the care they have for us.
Lately, I have heard of people asking why President Uhuru Kenyatta is not seen in the public since he came back from China.
Uhuru Kenyatta is not quiet but is busy at work. The work of a leader is not to just go everywhere, finding every excuse to campaign and politicize.
A president is a manager. He needs time to hold office meetings, get briefings and manage the economy.
Uhuru Kenyatta is busy working because he has to do double work. Some of those who should be assisting him are busy playing politics, whereas our youth are struggling at home.
Kenya needs managers who can change our country. That is why it is time for a generational change and a new way of doing things.
CHURCHES AND BLOOD MONEY.
It is not enough for churches to say they are fighting corruption or want to see the action while still receiving corrupt money.
God doesn’t need dirty and blood money for his work.
I reiterate my call for churches to question the source of some money being brought to do God’s work. Receiving stolen goods is a sin and the church is wise enough to come up with a formula of identifying bad money.
As we celebrate Mother’s Day, let us ensure we have a country that we are proud to call home, the governor added
