President of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta has called an urgent Cabinet meeting this morning at State House, Nairobi, the COUNTY DIARY has learnt.
A source revealed that the meeting was to be virtual but last evening, all Cabinet Secretaries were told the meeting will be face-to-face.
Top on the agenda is cabinet secretaries involving themselves in politics instead of helping the president to build his legacy and deliver his election pledges.
The meeting is coming days after Environment CS Dr.Keriako Tobiko exchanged bitter words with Deputy President Dr William RUTO calling him Uhuru’s clerk, a move that has caused a serious political storm in the country.
More as we get it.
