On Saturday 3rd July 2023 – Deputy President Dr. Rigathi Gachagua led Cabinet Secretaries to fundraising events in St Charles Lwanga Secondary School in aid of the School’s infrastructure development in kitui.
The Education Cabinet Secretary Hon Machogu, Tourism, wildlife and National Heritage Cabinet Secretary Hon Penina Malonza, kitui Central Member of Parliament Dr. Makali Mulu, Kitui East Mp Hon Nimrod Mbai, Cas Victor Munyaka, Senator Mutinda, Mp Jose Kipto Nandi County, Mp Onesmus Kajiado, Taita Taveta women rep hon Lidia. Commissioner Ben Muasya, Mr. Mbanda.
The St. Charles Lwanga School BOM Chairman Mr. Nicholas Mulila was present.
Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage Hon. Peninah Malonza was the host at St. Charles Lwanga Secondary School in Kitui County for a fund drive in aid of the school’s development undertakings.
Mp Mbai thanked the Kenya kwanza administration for being the people’s Centered government. He further lauded Mp Makali for not joining mandamano. Mp Mbai said he will support the finance bill.
Kitui Central Member of Parliament Dr. Makali Mulu said he is opposed to the National finance bill as Mp Nimrod Mbai backed it in equal measure.
The event was held at St Charles Lwanga Secondary School fundraising event in kitui county, Over Five Mps, a host of MCAs led by kitui Deputy Speaker Hon Wakili Nzilu attended the event.
