Former Kiambu Governor Dr William Kabogo, the self styled champion of the teeming masses is at it again – as Coronavirus bites hard on the poor people ragtag economy.

The man, who has continued to win banquets of praise from low income earners wants a law enacted to compel landlords to waiver a months rent as part of their benevolence, the COUNTY DIARY has learnt.

Now the ertswhile Kiambu Governor William Kabogo wants Parliament recalled and subsequently calls on the legislators pass a Bill will compel landlords to waive house rent for the next three months to cushion Kenyans during this critical period.
