By PATRICK KIMANZIKIVOU, MWINGI – Mwingi politician Sammy Munyithya’s winning of hearts and minds – through his numerous medical aid solutions for Mwingi people didn’t start last year when he secured that famous transplant for Baby Janice last year.

Rather, it is through pioneering water solutions, personal bursaries for students and helping women and youth by empowering their livelihoods that has political grapevine in Kivou Ward buzzing.
And all signs indicate that he is not done yet – or so it seems. Here is yet another of his many forays into community work.
On Saturday September 7th, Eng Sammy Munyithya, in conjunction with Lions Club will be hosting yet another free medical camp to Mwingi – this time fully sponsored by himself in tandem with MP Mulyungi and The County Government of Kitui.
“Sammy Munyithya has helped more than 81 students with schools fees yet he is never shot of ideas. He has also ……” said Mr Katiwa, a Kivou resident.
