“According to the Senate majority leader Hon Murkomen, the work of the Senators is to protect the counties and the governors from attacks from those who are anti devolved governments.
“As much as we fight corruption Kenyans must be awake and stand Strong to safeguard devolution! The war on corruption should not be used to weaken County govts. Kenyans Must realize Cartels and enemy of devolution are Out to cripple the operations of County govts and Slowly National govt has started controlling County govts like State department!

The County governments have clear functions from National government and Separation of Powers Must be upheld and Respected at all Cost! Again county governments should conduct themselves with dignity and respect to the people they serve!
