The Government Minority leader in the Assembly of Kitui Hon Kisangau – who for the last two weeks had openly opposed the Governor Ngilu, was forced by the circumstances to eat the political humble pie.

Political dynamics in Kitui continue to take shape everyday, the political wind in kitui remain unpredictable, nevertheless the residents needs development not premature political repositioning .
Mr. Kisangau popularly known as Mbaki Mbaki on Wednesday led residents of Ngunziu in Yatta Kwa Vonza ward in Kitui Rural to paid a courtesy call to Governor charity Ngilu to discuss development in the area.
He accompanied by community development chairman Mr. Mboya Maingi, the residents said any development project by the government was welcome in their area saying the projects benefit all people.
They said the crusher erected in their area would create employment and significantly impact on the area’s economy, the leaders led by Mbaki Mbaki pledged to continue supporting the government agenda.
Mboya Maingi -the area’s chairman- commended Governor Ngilu for providing leadership that has positively impacted the livelihoods of the people in the county ranging from Ndengu Revolution, KCHIC, Operationalising all health facilities in the county, increased hospital personnel, AI programme, KICOTEC, Miranda irrigation among others and urged all the leaders to support the projects.
Ngilu said she will remain committed to serving the people of Kitui to improve their livelihoods adding she will not engage in unending politics.
