The renowned bull fighter who is also The Kakamega UDA Senator Dr Boni Khalwale has warned Kenya’s MCAs against misusing their constitutional powers to intimidate governors to satisfy their personal selfish interests.
He says, the dismissal of the impeachment motion of Meru Governor, Kawira Mwangaza, was a message to MCAs that they are not elected to remove governors from office, the TCD reports.
He tells MCAs to be professional and learn from Members of Parliament (MPs) and Senators who are serving the electorate through proper legislation.
MCAs for many times has been accused of Intimidating County Ministers and Chief officers to play their selfish balls saying their evil scheme is over.
