Kitui county assembly adopted the executive 2019/20 budget estimates, Pursuant to Sec 131(1) of the PFMA together with Standing Order No. 186 (3),
The Assembly on Friday evening adopted the Budget and Appropriation Committee Report on the Kitui County Budget Estimates for the financial year 2019/2020.
The motion was moved by the Committee Chairman, Hon. Boniface K Kasina (MCA, Tseikuru Ward) and seconded by Hon Mary Ndumbu (nominated) wiper member of the county assembly.
Afterward, the House also resolved an authorization of withdrawals from the County Revenue Fund awaiting legislation of the County Appropriation Bill, 2019 and its subsequent assent by the Governor charity Ngilu .
