State House Events Director Bonnie Musambi has congratulated the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) following the party’s strong performance in the latest parliamentary and county assembly by-elections across the country. In a statement, Musambi lauded UDA’s Hon. Leo Wa Muthende Njeru for clinching the Mbeere North Constituency MP seat after garnering 15,802 votes against his closest rival Newton Karish, who managed 15,308 votes.
He further celebrated the victories of Hon. David Athman Ndakwa and Ahmed Maalim Hassan, who won the Malava and Banisa parliamentary seats respectively, reinforcing UDA’s growing influence at the national level. Musambi noted that the success of multiple UDA candidates reflects the party’s consistent grassroots presence and the trust it continues to build with the electorate.
Musambi also extended appreciation to all UDA MCA candidates who emerged victorious, praising their dedication, resilience, and commitment to service. To those who did not secure wins, he offered words of encouragement, reminding them that leadership is a journey with many opportunities ahead. He commended their courage to contest and urged them to remain steadfast, emphasizing that the future rewards those who persist in pursuing their calling.
