A Solar Instillation and Development Company operating in USA, (Solar Tyme USA) is seeking to partner with the County Government of Kitui in providing Solar energy solutions to electrify residential, commercial and Industrial facilities.
The project seeks to encourage use of clean energy, increase job opportunities and grow the communities.
This was said on Friday by the Solar Tyme USA Managing Partner Ms Jonnell Carol Minefee in a meeting chaired by Deputy Governor Dr Wathe Nzau in his office and attended by both the CECM in the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Natural Resources and Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Livestock Development John Makau and Emanuel Kisangau respectively.
Other areas of partnership will be the Artisanal Mining sector, clean water equipment and purification, Commercial Mining Ventures, Jewellery making opportunities, Agriculture and Real Estate Development with Green building applications of Solar and clean Water.

Others present were the East Africa LTD Regional Sales Manager Rodgers Kadenge, Kitui Deputy Director in the Ministry of Agriculture Francis Kitoo and other officers in the department of Water, Energy and Natural Resources.
