Ngilu Deeply Mourns the Late Mwingi Councilor Joseph Munyambu Kivanguli

KITUI -Governor HE Charity Kaluki Ngilu on Wednesday evening joined the family, friends and the relatives of the former Chairman of the defunct Mwingi Town Council Hon Cllr Musyoka Munyambu’s Kivanguli at his Residence In Kalisasi Village, Mwingi Central Ward sub-county.

The Governor Charity Ngilu was accompanied by Kitui County Minister for Tourism, Sports and Culture Hon Patrick Koki Musau, popularly known as Kwenze Kwenze, the leaders joined the family, friends, and relatives of the late Hon Cllr Joseph Musyoka Munyambu Kivanguli, a former Chairman of the defunct Mwingi Town Council at his Kalisasi farm in Mwingi Central Ward, Mwingi Central Sub-County. He was the father to the Mwingi North Deputy Sub-County Administrator Mr. Luka Musyoka Munyambu.

The Governor eulogized the late former Council Chairman deeply and made great lamentation over him as a visionary leader who was development conscious leader.

Ngilu urged his family, children, and people around to emulate of the fallen hero. She further congratulated the wisdom of the late Chairman for having written a proposal to have Mwingi Town be upgraded to a Municipality way back in 1993.

The County Governor also congratulated the members of family for trusting her development records she has already done and especially on the health care where they took the deceased to Mwingi Level 4 Hospital when he fell sick something other leaders should emulate so that even the common people can get confidence that the County healthy facilities are offering sound medical treatment services with enough medical personnel.

Other leaders accompanying the Governor were the area MCA Hon Mary Kanini Philmar, Kitui County Assembly Minority leader and Miambani MCA Hon Alex Mutambu Nganga, Kitui County Assembly Minority Whip and Kyangwithya West Ward MCA Hon Boniface Katumo, Mwingi Central Sub-County Administrator Mr Alex, Mwingi town Administrator Mrs Grace Kimanzi, and a renowned petroleum businessman Mr Kiteme Munyambu.
